Psychology Reveals Road To The Light!
This is active psychology... the process of discovering what resides within your mind and your spirit. You may feel overwhelmed by the possibilities of all that is waiting to be discovered within you, and at the same time, you may feel a sense of wonder and excitement, anticipating pleasures and rewards of uncovering and expressing new parts of your mind, imagination, and spirit.

"Energy" of Psychology
The universal doctrine teaches that all the visible structures of the world -- all things and beings -- are the effects of a ubiquitous power out of which they rise, which supports and fills them during the period of their manifestation , and back into which they must ultimately dissolve. This is the power known as manna, shanty, prank, the power of God. It's manifestation in modern psychology is libido, Jung's "Psychic Energy". This is perhaps the mysterious "vacuum state" of modern physics.The forms contacted by our senses and the categories of human thought, which are themselves manifestations of this power, confine the mind so that we rarely, if ever, even conceive, let alone see beyond this realm.
The function of ritual and myth (and thus psychology) is to make possible, and then to facilitate, the "jump" -- by analogy. Forms and concepts that the mind and it's senses can comprehend are presented and arranged in such a way as to "suggest" the "beyond" (or the path thereto) via the syntax of meditational conditions.
"The Fall" Creates The World
Heaven, hell, Olympus, Elysium and other habitations of the gods, are interpreted by psychology as symbols of the unconscious. The key to the modern system of interpretation of psychology is this: The metaphysical realm = the unconscious. The key to open the door the other way is the same equation in reverse: The unconscious = the metaphysical realm ("The kingdom of god is within you").The lapse of superconsciousness into the state of unconsciousness is the meaning of "The Fall" of the Bible... the constriction of consciousness turns superconsciousness into unconsciousness and thus creates the world as we know it.
The hero is the one who, while still alive, knows and re-presents the claims of the superconsciousness which throughout creation is more or less unconscious. The adventure of the hero represents the moment in his life when he achieved illumination... the moment when, while still alive, he found and opened the road to the light beyond the dark walls of our living death.
We must develop the capacities that will bring us into more intimate acquaintance with that greater world. A path to such development is what we attempt to present here at Higher Self Improvement Pursuits.
